Not Again

38+1 WEEKS  (13 DAYS TO GO)

Following my wonderful stay in hospital 2 weeks ago... and a trip because Dot decided to go quiet... and then my consultant appointment, I had yet another visit to the hospital. :-o

All day yesterday, I had a constant head ache.  It hadn't gone by this morning so I called my midwife, and she came out to do an antenatal check.

All seemed ok, except slight swelling in my hands and feet... and my blood pressure was 150/95.  So really quite high for me. :(
She made me promise her that I'd go to the hospital if my headache didn't subside, which, surprise surprise, it didn't. 

So at 2.30 we headed off to the hospital to be monitored, and dropped Little Man off at MIL's on the way. 

I had bloods taken, Dot's heart rate was monitored, and my bp taken...
Bloods came back fine; Dot's heart rate was a little faster than normal but nothing to worry about; and my blood pressure was fine at 130/78.... *SIGH*
While being monitored there were very slight contractions showing up... which is AWESOME! lol.

I was told I could go home straight away, but decided to finally bite the bullet and ask them about my waters breaking.... and they gave me an internal examination. :-s
It has been confirmed that my waters are still intact. :) and everything looks ok.
